You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. USPS usually delivers within 5-8 business days after Taking possession of your package. Any order placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week, as we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed due to weather conditions, etc. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.

I love my socks! They are beautiful, comfortable and they make me happy when I look at them. I bought 2 pairs, gave 1 to my sister and then bought 2 more pairs of different colors. I shall remain a customer of these awesome socks. Also extra credit for making them from recycled yarn! YAY!

The colors are as expected (a bit more subdued) and very nice. (Personally, many of the Solmate socks are color combos that are too bright. Just personal preference.) VERY messy, SO much fuzz. Somewhat scratchy yarn. Uncomfortable toe seams. Sorry, but would not buy again.
The colors are great and I love that they some up a little higher on the ankle. They are perfect with my blundstones. I ordered a M the first time and they were too big, so I replaced with a S. They fit much better. I’m a size 8 and sized down.
