You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. USPS usually delivers within 5-8 business days after Taking possession of your package. Any order placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week, as we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed due to weather conditions, etc. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.

Colors are cool and wintery!!! I love the mismatched designs in all my Solmates !! Have not bought any other socks since I put on my first pair of Solmates several years back ! Nothing compares to them ,soft colorful,mismatched and not binding couldn’t ask for anything else from a pair of socks !!! I wash em ,dry em for a few then hang them out to dry on a hanger and I cannot tell the difference from my girst pair to my last pair bought ! Thanks Solmates !

I'm excited for the weather to cool down. I'll be ready with my colorful fingerless gloves.
These fingerless mittens are constructed beautifully. There's no doubt in my mind they'd do their job very well. I am, however, disappointed to find that they are only meant for thin people. I'm a bigger guy, and these hardly stretch at all. I can just barely get them to accommodate my forearms, but it takes some effort. I was looking forward to these so much too. Would have been head over heels for them if they'd been shorter or made with more body types in mind. For now I guess I'll just roll 'em up and make do. Can't win 'em all, right?
