You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. USPS usually delivers within 5-8 business days after Taking possession of your package. Any order placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week, as we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed due to weather conditions, etc. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.

Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool.For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.

I absolutely LOVE these socks! I received them as a gift and never turned back. I love them all but I am a knee sock girl and I ALWAYS get complimented- I love it, but don’t need compliments to keep buying them. So tired of having to buy socks in the little girls department. I finally have ADULT socks in my size! The heel fits on my heel, not halfway up my leg. I wear a size 6 and the small if perfect. The knee socks go all the way to my knees and they feel so soft and wonderful. I always get fun comments on my mismatched socks. I tell them to check out SOLMATES online. I have almost every crew (NO PINK for me) and all the knee socks. I hike a lot and the knee socks are great coverage when it's hot outside but I want to protect my legs without having wear long pants.
